Questions

Is the Animal Profile the same as DISC or Insights?

No. It's our own model. People who have used other psychometrics will find it familiar, and it works alongside tools your organisation may already use.

Who sees each person's results?

The person who completes the profile and the administrator at Teams Glued. If your profile is part of a wider business or education review the profile data may be shared with managers within that organisation. To data is shared with any third party. Please refer to our Privacy Policy.

How many people can take part?

24 is normally the largest group that can be run at any one time. Exceptions to this can be arranged.
