The game

The Train Challenge: four carriages, one headset, everyone plays

A VR escape challenge where the person in the headset can't succeed without the team guiding them from outside.

Inside the game

The carriages

Each carriage is broadly designed to appeal to one of the four animals, so everyone gets a moment to shine and a moment to flex. Missions stay sealed until the day.

Carriage 1

The Meerkat carriage

Broadly designed to appeal to Meerkats: creative, adaptable thinkers who enjoy ideas and open problems.

Carriage 2

The Koala carriage

Broadly designed to appeal to Koalas: calm, supportive team players who keep everyone together.

Carriage 3

The Fox carriage

Broadly designed to appeal to Foxes: observant, analytical minds who spot the detail and the risks.

Carriage 4

The Panther carriage

Broadly designed to appeal to Panthers: direct, decisive people who bring pace and drive.

Why it works

Under pressure, everyone's natural style shows

In the headset, one person sees the puzzle. Outside, the rest of the team holds the clues. With the clock running, people fall back on how they naturally work, and everyone sees it happen.

That shared experience is what the debrief works with. It helps people understand each other, so the team performs better.
